is a multi-disciplinary ICTAD CI certified construction project company that undertakes infrastructure projects
for the public as well as private sector organizations.

The strength of the company is secured due to the fact that all its resources and material are provided from within
the Raddella Group itself. From the point of production to completion, every stage of construction, including raw
material, machinery, equipment, manpower and niches are provided by the company, through its own resources.

2015/2017

FACTORY COMPLEX FOR MAS FABRIC PARK AT THULHIRIYA

The MAS Fabric Park houses many MAS clothing Factories within its premises. Out of all these factories MAS Methliya, MAS Metrix and Linea Clothing were constructed by Hanco Constructions. The construction plan for each factory included the main factory building complex, the raw material warehouse and the canteen building. The total value of the project was LKR 310 million.

The MAS Fabric park factory projects lead Hanco Constructions to build the Bodyline factory extensions at Horana. The new project also included a carpark which extended to approximately 170, 000 sq. ft. in size. It was completed in 2017. The total value of the project was LKR 75 million.

EL TORO ROOFING FACTORY AT CHILLAW

The EL Toro Roo ng Products building project included the construction of its factory building premises, an o ce complex and a massive boundary wall which runs around a land area of approximately 20 acres. The factory is located at Manelwatta, Anawilundawa in Chilaw. The estimated cost for this project was LKR 133 million.

FACTORY COMPLEX FOR RHINO ROOFING AT EKALA

The Rhino Roo ng Products factory premises built by Hanco Constructions is a large area extending up to 15 000 sq ft. The factory premises include an o ce building, the factory complex, a facility building and two large silos with a capacity of 9000 tons each. The total cost of the project amounted to LKR 287 million.
